"By the Grace of God". This is a great little statement that I have used in my life. It is easy for us to think, "What did I do to deserve God's love?" Well, nothing. There is definitely nothing that I have done, or could have done to deserve God's love; it is His Grace.
One of the things that I love about MWCC, is that we have people from all sorts of walks of life. The diversity of people in our church is such a blessing to us all. There is so much richness and flavour with such diverse people. There is so much that we can learn from each other and teach each other. We all have stories that need to be told about ourselves. We need to take the opportunity to get to know each other better, so that we are able to be blessed by what God is doing in and through our brothers and sisters in Christ. Invite people around for lunch after church is always a good one. There are a great bunch of young people, boys and girls, who would love to come around and eat your food. Also lots of others not so young would love to come around.
We are one Body and we have the same Spirit dwelling within us. No matter who we are, God has chosen us. Eph 2:8-10 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do". It is by the Grace of God. He has paid the ultimate price for us. Who knows where we would be without His Grace. I don't know about you, but I definitely wouldn't be here. Thank you Lord for your grace.
